Indoor Air Handling Units

AAON indoor air handlers are designed for performance, flexibility and ease of maintenance.

Double-wall rigid polyurethane foam insulated cabinet construction and direct drive rear curved plenum fans allow the units to have quiet, energy efficient airflow with high static pressure capabilities.

The indoor air handlers can be combined with AAON condensing units or an AAON chiller for a complete system.

  • Vertical self-contained unit with a water-cooled condenser or to match with a remote air-cooled condenser, from 23-70 tons.
  • Chilled water or non-compressorized DX vertical indoor air handling unit, from 5,300-27,000 cfm.
  • Make-up air capability, up to 100% outside air, to meet ventilation requirements
  • 10-100% variable capacity R-410A scroll compressors provide load matching cooling and improved part load efficiency.
  • Air-source, water-source, or geothermal heat pump configurations allow for energy-efficient cooling and heating.
  • High-performance hot water or steam heating coils allow unit to tie into a boiler system.
